What does it take to create an exhibition space that captures attention at Milan Design Week — and remains useful long after the event? That was the challenge we took on with OLTA for Milan Design Week 2026. We wanted to create a space that would showcase the brand at one of the design world’s biggest events while offering a flexible solution for future projects. From our first conversations and the choice of modular systems to the final setup in Milan, here’s a look behind the scenes of our collaboration and how we brought OLTA’s vision to life.
Can a small booth attract attention while still being functional? Our participation in the Nordic Profile trade fair in Sweden proved that it can! Especially when the design is based on a well-thought-out layout and systems that make the team’s work easier right from the assembly stage.
FESPA 2026 in Barcelona was, for us at adsystem, much more than just another trade fair appearance. As an official partner of the event, we could not only present our solutions, but also show how a well-thought-out and consistent spatial concept affects brand visibility, supports sales conversations and helps build relationships in a demanding international environment.
This event was a mix of sport, music, and mountain adventure. The Snowee team – enthusiasts of tourism and winter sports – have been organizing trips that combine activity with fun for years. Last year, they raised the bar high: over 3,000 meters above sea level, right in the heart of the French Alps. While preparing for the event, we knew one thing – it wouldn’t be easy. Mountains, unpredictable weather, and plenty of adrenaline mean everything has to work flawlessly. From the very beginning, together with Snowee, we set ourselves one goal – to be ready for any weather.
Every film needs the right setting. This time, we created that setting ourselves – not on screen, but in the cinema space itself. From trade shows we moved into film halls, where our systems built a truly festival-like atmosphere. Curious? See how offline advertising stands out even against the big screen.
Ultrace 2025 was approaching fast, and at adsystem we knew this would be an event that would set new standards for our work. It’s a celebration of passion, speed, drifting, and tuning, attracting thousands of fans and professionals from all over Europe. And we had the honour of being there as a supporting partner of the festival.
Do you think exhibition systems are only for trade shows? Nothing could be further from the truth. This time, we tested it ourselves. At Bułka z masłem – a charming local restaurant that happened to be hosting the Festival of French Flavors – we carried out our latest image campaign. Over 100 leads acquired, valuable business relationships established, and a “wow” effect. That’s the short summary of our participation in this year’s I Love Marketing & Technology conference. If you’re curious how we prepared for the event and what steps we took to promote the adsystem brand, we invite you to read this case study.
You don’t have to do everything on your own at trade shows. For Visualize Expo, we chose to partner with a company that knows the local market and its audience inside out. This allowed us to focus on what we do best – designing, producing, and showcasing effective display solutions. The result? A record-breaking number of leads. Discover how we stole the show together with Partners In Events.
Still think LinkedIn is just for posts about turning everyday struggles into B2B wins? On March 13, 2025, something happened in Wrocław that challenged that view. The city’s first-ever LinkedIn Local brought together over a hundred people who chose real conversations over scrolling – no filters, no reach, no algorithms. And us? We partnered with the event! Take a look behind the scenes of our collaboration and see how to make a great offline impression.
How can textile frames be used to decorate office walls? The company B8 Group tested it firsthand, introducing fabric frames and LED lightboxes to enhance the office’s aesthetics and improve the visibility of its reception area. The result? A modern, functional workspace that strengthens brand recognition and creates a clear visual identity.
