Adsystem x B8 Group – office design case study

How can textile frames be used to decorate office walls? The company B8 Group tested it firsthand, introducing fabric frames and LED lightboxes to enhance the office’s aesthetics and improve the visibility of its reception area. The result? A modern, functional workspace that strengthens brand recognition and creates a clear visual identity.
Goal
B8 Group specializes in project management, recruitment, and engineering consulting. The office serves as a meeting point for company representatives, clients, and business partners. That’s why taking care of branding — both inside and outside the office — was crucial, as well as ensuring clear navigation within the space. B8 Group reached out to us for systems that would enrich the interior design and simplify wayfinding. The main objectives were to make use of empty wall areas and highlight the reception zone. The company needed solutions that allow for easy updates and flexible reconfiguration, adapting the décor to current needs.
Challenge
The office space required display systems that were aesthetic, practical, and easy to use. The key challenge was to find solutions that didn’t require complex installation or costly renovations. B8 Group needed a clear, eye-catching reception sign to improve visibility, as well as a display system for content that could be quickly updated. Another challenge was to select compact structures that would fit seamlessly into the existing interior.
Our approach
As part of the collaboration, we provided display systems that met all of B8 Group’s requirements:
Textile frames – mounted on the walls, presenting key company information. Their lightweight structure allows for easy installation, and the graphics can be replaced in just a few minutes.
LED lightboxes for the reception – serves as an informational and branding feature, immediately attracting visitors’ attention. The backlighting ensures that the company’s logo is clearly visible from a distance.
Easy content updates – every system used enables quick graphic changes. A new print is all it takes to refresh the look of the office.
Results
Thanks to the implemented solutions, B8 Group transformed its office into a more representative and brand-aligned space. The textile frames helped make better use of wall areas, eliminating empty surfaces and creating a cohesive interior design.
The ability to easily replace graphics gave the company the flexibility to adapt the office décor to new campaigns or communication strategies at any time — without additional costs. As a result, B8 Group’s office became not just a better-looking space, but one that actively supports the brand and its business goals.
