Winter isn’t for the faint-hearted — especially when it comes to outdoor events, where snow and wind can test even the best ideas. But don’t worry — with the right outdoor systems, your booth can become a safe, dry, and eye-catching base. Here are five rules that will make sure no weather ruins your plans.

1. Choose a promotional tent that can handle any weather

A tent is the foundation of any outdoor booth. It protects people, products, and equipment while serving as an excellent carrier of visual identity. In winter, it’s all about choosing the right model and preparing it for a long battle with the elements.

If time matters, go for Express Pro tents. They can be set up in minutes without any tools. The aluminum frame ensures stability even in strong winds — in winter, it’s worth adding extra weight with sandbag ballast.

For longer events or harsher conditions, opt for constant-pressure tents. Once inflated, they stay airtight throughout the entire event, with no need for pumps. Their lightweight, flexible, and wind-resistant structure combined with side walls helps retain warmth. Don’t forget stabilizers and weights — they keep the tent firmly grounded, whether on grass or paving stones.

After the event, let your tent breathe. Clean the fabric, dry it thoroughly, and only then fold it and store it away. This prevents mold and extends its lifespan for many seasons.

2. Stay visible in snow and fog – use promotional flags

A promotional flag works like a beacon for your booth. It’s visible from afar, even through snow or mist, and its movement catches the eye. When well-designed and properly made, it will stay in top shape all season long.

Our offer includes two flag variants — Standard and Pro. The first is perfect for shorter events and moderate wind. The Pro version is built for tougher conditions — made entirely of fiberglass, flexible, impact-resistant, and able to withstand strong gusts. It bounces back upright without deformation, even when the weather gets rough. But don’t forget a solid base and ground spike — they hold the entire setup in place.

The fabric? 110 g/m² polyester — water-resistant, quick-drying, and UV-proof. This means the colors stay vibrant, and your message remains clear even after long exposure.

3. Create a warm relaxation zone with branded deck chairs and seating

Winter events don’t have to mean standing in the cold. Set up a cozy relaxation area under the tent — it’ll draw visitors in and give them a moment to rest by your booth.

Branded deck chairs made of beech wood and impregnated fabric are a classic that works well beyond summer. The moisture- and dirt-resistant materials are easy to clean, and custom prints discreetly remind guests who invited them to relax.

It’s a great way to show that your brand cares about details — and people. A warm blanket, a cup of hot tea, and a well-designed deck chair with your logo can do more for brand perception than any billboard.

4. Organize your booth area – use columns and outdoor counters

Promotional columns help manage foot traffic and divide zones such as entryways, service points, or storage areas.

Outdoor counters, on the other hand, act as command centers. They serve as information points or product display areas. A solid work surface makes operations easy, while front branding builds a cohesive image for your booth.

5. Stand out from afar – inflatable arches for winter events

Inflatable arches are a spectacular way to signal: something’s happening here. They act as an open invitation to join the event. Our offer includes various sizes and shapes, so you can easily adapt them to your event’s needs.

Thanks to their constant-pressure design, the arches stay inflated throughout the entire event without the need for continuous pumping. Custom graphics with your logo and slogan grab attention, while durable materials and sturdy mounts ensure they hold up — even during heavy snowfall.

Summary – winter doesn’t have to stop your brand

Rain, snow, and frost can challenge any booth — but a well-planned outdoor setup will handle them with ease. All you need is a solid tent, visible flags, functional stanchions, and a comfortable relaxation area. With adsystem outdoor solutions, your brand stays visible, dry, and ready for anything. Because while others hide from winter — you can make the most of it.
